Before and Afters!

We have another lot of before and afters to share with you…some bold, others beautiful, all new and improved! Check out the first:

Holiday Chair Before.JPG

Our clients' beloved retro armchair. Great lines underneath!

The transformation was a hit with customer's own Mod Green Pod ribbons fabric. Adorable!

Next was a fleet of dining chairs in need of a head-to-toe re-do. The frames were painted, and then silver was piled on! Take a look!

Dining chairs originally in black frame and oatmeal linen.

Yessss! Look at them now!

Chair frames were painted white and customer's own silver mottled vinyl was stretched over new stuffing. Silver decorative nailhead trim is the cherry on the cake! Stunning.

The next case was a friend of Amanda’s whose “treasure” was in need of polish. Have a looksie…

Before, screaming, "HEELLP!"

And After! My, my. It's just so proper. Fresh and clean. Miles of style.

Fabric used was Robert Allen‘s “Sketch” in color major brown. Great job!

The other sofa of note that we’ve  recently revived was an old Knoll sofa. It was down to dehydrated foam barely covering springs when it came to us. The transformation follows:

Knoll sofa after! Keen with green!

Fresh for another 50 years!

Fabric (fittingly) used was Knoll‘s “Hourglass” in color olive. Awesome.

Last is one of my favorites. I’ve been itching to see this fabric used on a piece for ages, and it showed up on one of the most unexpected frames. Here’s the before…

Vintage rocking chair before.

Tah-dah! After in glory!

Marvelous! What a fun juxtaposition!

Fabric is Designer’s Guild “Ocean Drive” in color grass. Jeez Louise! Love it!
