There are lots of happenings around here, and one of the more exciting things is all the new retail we’ve created! If you come into the store, it is filled to the brim with treats for the eyes.
This first addition to Spruce is a sectional we acquired from one of our customers. Occasionally, we have clients that are looking to unload furniture, whether it’s because they are moving or the furniture doesn’t work in their space anymore. This is how we find some of our best pieces! Many thanks for that!

We opted to redesign this sectional in fabric from a new collection by Fabricut. The print features a mustard and cream houndstooth, perfect for just about anyone’s house. It is also great for small-space living, like a loft or efficiency! Jump over to the shop and take a look at the Colonel Mustard Sofa.

The next piece was brought to us by a customer, as well! We loved the sloping lines and the biscuit tufting on the cushions (not so much the fabric).

This fabric may look a little familiar. We used it on the Kinsey Lounger and just had to go back for seconds! For this piece, we used the green and blue tones, which really compliment the finish on its wooden legs. Take a look at the Nasvhille Chair listing for more photos and dimensions!

Lastly, one of our favorite Spruce friends, who has a knack for finding the best stuff, stumbled upon this beauty for us. The lines are sleek and modern, and its extra-long dimensions make it perfect for napping or entertaining!

The fabric is featured in Robert Allen’s Kirk Nix Collection, and we loved it from the minute it arrived! The combination of mint, mustard, and blood orange is too perfect for words. We opted to change the cushion construction to something a bit more practical. It is certainly a show-stopper! Go and take a peek at the Santa Barbara Sofa listing for more info.

In other news at Spruce, we had our annual double birthday celebration for Amanda and Clar! It’s nothing new sharing this big day since Amanda is a twin. 🙂 We had a great time and even had TWO desserts thanks to Katherine. We chowed down on her signature chocolate pie for Amanda and an unforgettable key lime pie for Clar. It looked like Christmas at the shop! Here are a few photos from the festivities!

Thanks to Brigitte, Frank’s daughter, for snapping a few photos while she celebrated with us. It was a great day full of presents and sugar comas!
