Hello friends! The temperature is (sloooowly) dropping here in Austin, and we’re looking forward to wearing sweaters and sipping warm drinks, imagining a fireside night in one of these newly reupholstered puppies below! Ahhh! We present to you a collection of before and afters that are ready for the fall season. Enjoy!
We love the color of this fabric; hot and pepper! Fabric is Robert Allen’s “Fleur de Lace” in color Salem Red. I can’t get over how awesome this color is in person!
Check out these next dining chairs….
A shimmery velvet was lavished on these chairs. Fabric is Kravet’s “Queen Victoria” in color Orange.
This next piece was done for one of our many treasured clients. Check out the results!
Our client used a lovely neutral textured solid by Robert Allen for the front, and one of our vintage sari blankets for the entire outside back of the loveseat. Brilliant!
You’re gonna pass out when you see this next collection of images. Our hip young thing of a client chose a unique set of frames for his new home-to-be. These seats were awesome in their day, but needed to shake their dated (sweaty, dirty, smelly) vinyl threads. This was such a fun job!

It just takes my breath away. Fun furniture frames, exuberant fabric choices in fearless combinations. What a knockout. Fabrics from all over were use for these pieces and work together flawlessly! Let the comments roll…
I include this next photo to submit as purely an “after” and to let you readers know that we do so many of these projects. It seems that we have at least one a week, and sadly we rarely see the results. Our wonderful client shared with us his labor of love: a custom-built daybed/built-in for a cool apartment in downtown Austin. We provided the fabric and soft inserts.
Fabrics are Michael Jon Designs velvet for the seat and back cushions, Vervain’s “Gitana”, and Stroheim’s “Alfresco.” Thanks for sharing with us dear customer! We love the results!
Remember us if you have a built-in to soften, or a window seat that needs some cushion. We would love to help you with that!
