Though the Fornasetti brand has been active for many decades, it remains such a fresh, current, exciting postmodern force that never tires. Likely this is due to the astute handling of the company legacy by Barnaba Fornasetti, whose family estate recently appeared in the pages of Elle Decor! Did you love it as much as I did?

These shots really appeal to my excitement about total pattern-on-pattern. Excess, surface activity, overall MAXIMALISM! Yet since the palette is neutral and gradient, it doesn’t appear confusing or frenetic. Really, a singular vision and look (that I love!). For me, it’s not overwhelming. What do you guys think?
